Economist Korea #1553 - Brain Engineering Professor... Achieving Differentiation by Applying Artificial Intelligence to Nerve Stimulators
Dong-joo Kim, CEO of NeuroTx, a Korean neuroscience technology company, only knew about the ‘brain’ but not business. Since 2006, he has been researching brain damage mechanisms. For about 14 years, Kim went back and forth between operating rooms and laboratories in the UK, Canada, and Korea. He was given the title of professor of brain engineering with extensive experience in biomedical engineering. Brain-computer interface (BCI), such as Elon Musk's extraordinary pig 'Gertrude', who had a computer chip implanted in the brain, was also the subject of his research.
